Happy Hour (Acappella) by the Housemartins [Download the mp3 (1.1MB)
from the Suitable Mouth]
The "Fish City Five" played four songs at the Peel Session on 3rd June 1986, one
of which was this spectacular acappella version of their hit "Happy Hour". Many
thanks to the fellow TBS-Fansite The Suitable
Mouth for keeping the file available for download!

Live - McAlpine Stadium, Huddersfield 25. 07. 1995
REM was playing gigs here on two days. On the frist day, Oasis should have been the
support act, on the econd TBS. When Oasis cancelled their show, TBS stood in. As
"compensation" for those who had rather seen Oasis, TBS played this Oasis song.
WDR2 - ROXY [files: -1- (977kb) -2- (977kb)

25. 10. 2000
Taken from the show ROXY, which is broadcasted on German radio WDR2. "Painting It
Red" is reviewed, there's an interview with Paul Heaton & Dave Rotheray, info
about the band and bits from some songs of the new album. And there's also a presenter who
pronounces "South" like "sauce". D'oh!
The interview is in English, and translated to German as well, but the other talk about
the band and the album is obviously only in German.
The broadcast was taped by Jürgen Hennes,
who also coded the MP3. So he did all the work, while I'm only hosting the files. A very
big special "Thank You" to Jürgen for making this broadcast available for
everyone!!!
The special does run on a bit but "only" with the end of "The Mediterranean" and another "beautiful sauce" from the presenter.
Radio Fritz Interview 1996 [part 1 - part 2 - part 3 - part 4 - part 5]
This broadcast was taped and concerted into mp3 by Cornett Gruening. Thank you very much,
Cornett!!
